Technical Theater, Rising Grades 3-5 at Marietta

Camp will meet at Marietta Community School

Go behind the scenes at technical theater camp! During this weeklong camp, young technicians and designers are invited to delve into the realms of set, lighting, sound, and props design, as well as stage management. Campers will explore the nuances of each technical aspect, honing their skills and creativity. Working under the guidance of professional artists, they will embark on a hands-on journey, gaining practical experience as they design and create all the technical elements for the younger campers’ musical theater camp. The camp culminates in a final showcase where campers will take their place behind the scenes during the performance.  

A final showcase will be presented to friends and family at 3 PM on the last day of camp.

Morning and afternoon sessions include a variety of activities including design sessions, set, costume and prop building, technical rehearsals and crafts.
