Cancellation Policy and Procedures for Ever After

Based on current weather conditions and forecasts, a decision will be made approximately three (3) hours before any performance to continue or cancel the performance.

If your performance is cancelled:

You will be notified via email and/or phone that the performance has been cancelled.  Please be sure your contact information is up-to-date in your Alliance Theatre user account.  You may also check our website on the day of your performance for real-time updates – www.alliancetheatre.org and www.alliancetheatre.org/everafter.   

If the performance is cancelled, you may call the Woodruff Arts Center Box Office within three (3) days of the performance to exchange your tickets into any other performance, space permitting (upgrade fees will be waived for different days of the week).

If the performance is not cancelled, but you decide not to attend:

If the performance is not cancelled, but you would prefer not to attend for any reason, you may call the box office before your scheduled performance time and be exchanged into another performance between January 30 - February 5; space permitting (upgrade fees for different days of the week may apply; no refunds.)
