Cancellation Policy and Procedures for A Midsummer Night’s Dream

Cancellation Policy and Procedures for A Midsummer Night’s Dream

Based on current weather conditions and forecasts, a decision will be made approximately three (3) hours before any performance to continue or cancel the performance.

If your performance is cancelled:

You will be notified via email and/or phone that the performance has been cancelled.  Please be sure your contact information is up-to-date in your Alliance Theatre user account.  You may also check our website on the day of your performance for real-time updates – www.alliancetheatre.org and www.alliancetheatre.org/midsummer.

If the performance is cancelled, you may call the Woodruff Arts Center Box Office within seven (7) days of the performance to exchange your tickets into any other performance, space permitting (upgrade fees will be waived for different days of the week).

If the performance is not cancelled, but you decide not to attend:

If the weather is clear or the performance can safely continue in current conditions, but you would prefer not to attend for any reason, you may call the box office before your scheduled performance time and be exchanged into another performance, space permitting (upgrade fees for different days of the week may apply; no refunds).

If the performance is not cancelled, but you decide to leave:

If the performance is not cancelled, the play will continue as long as it is safe for patrons, artists, and staff.  If you decide to leave during the first 45 minutes of the performance, please visit the box office at the Atlanta Botanical Garden and we will exchange your tickets for another performance, space permitting (upgrade fees for different days of the week may apply; no refunds).

If the performance is continuing, but you decide to leave after the first 45 minutes, we cannot offer you an exchange.

If the performance is not cancelled, but during the performance the weather becomes inclement:

If the weather becomes inclement and the show must stop, depending on the forecast, a delay might be called, lasting no more than 30 minutes.  If the show is cancelled, you may call the Woodruff Arts Center Box Office within seven (7) days of the performance to exchange your tickets into any other performance, space permitting (upgrade fees will be waived for different days of the week).
