In this learning experience, your team will use story to engage with complex ideas and share those ideas in compelling ways. Participants will learn when to use the right story to land their points in meaningful and memorable ways.
CREATING THE STORY OF YOUR BRAND
In this learning experience, your team will use story to develop a strong, authentic brand that shapes your organization, department, or career identity. Participants will practice presenting their brand in different formats to capture the attention and passion of their audiences.
PERFECTING THE PITCH
In this learning experience, your sales team will demonstrate how to authentically engage with the prospect. Using the strategic storytelling framework, the team will practice delivering a purpose-driven pitch that initiates interest, holds attention, and gains agreement.
DELIVERING A GREAT PRESENTATION
In this learning experience, your team will receive coaching (individually and as a group) to implement Strategic Storytelling concepts in an upcoming “on stage” moment or presentation.
ENGAGE IN RADICAL COLLABORATION
In this learning experience, your team will learn how to increase the group’s respect for a collaborative process, a willingness to acknowledge everyone’s effort, and create spaces where people work better together.
USE YOUR EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE TO ADDRESS YOUR CLIENT’S NEEDS
In this learning experience, your team will learn to leverage their emotional intelligence to build greater self-awareness and empathy to engage more mindfully and authentically with their clients.
BETTER IDEAS THROUGH BETTER CONVERSATION
In this learning experience, your team will learn to use the Alliance@work conversation framework to engage with complex ideas, determine compelling ways to share those ideas, and work together to refine those ideas to provoke thought and move the team to action.

In this learning experience, your team will learn how to build collaborative, lasting relationships that will change how others see them and make everyone more successful.
STAYING PRESENT AND CONNECTED WITH YOU CLIENTS
In this learning experience, your team will learn how to keep their focus where it needs to be – on their client’s needs. They will get comfortable with discomfort, know how to genuinely connect with other people, and respond (vs. react) to other people.
COMMAND THE ROOM
In this learning experience, your team will learn how to show up with presence (the ability to express one’s true self -- even under stress) to guide, challenge and positively influence other members of the group.
