"It's Not Easy Being Green": Conservation through Amphibian Education

Tasty bite-sized portions of delicious culture. FREE. Each lunchtime culture event pairs two Midtown Atlanta sites for a conversation, performance, or tour experience from a fresh perspective. Programs begin at 12 noon, are FREE, and last approximately 30 minutes with time to explore the venue after the program.

Presented by Atlanta Botanical Garden at the Center for Puppetry Arts (1404 Spring St. NW) 
Hear about Kermit the Frog’s creator, Jim Henson, and his passion for the environment. The Atlanta Botanical Garden has an active amphibian conservation program. Chelsea Thomas, Amphibian Program Coordinator, will showcase a few interesting frogs and share how these animals help promote conservation through education programs for all ages.
