Technical Theater, grades 6-12

Middle & High School


Students will learn about various elements of technical theater design and execution through workshops and hands on experience as they create all of the technical elements for the Alliance Theatre's Youth Players class! 

  • Learn about jobs in technical theater
  • Learn about stage management
  • Create design elements for a show
  • Use a light board to program and run lighting cues
  • Work behind the scenes for three performances in the Alliance's Selig Family Black Box Theatre
