Virtual school got you down? Don’t be a robot, DO THE ROBOT! This class is designed for wigglers, wanderers, and waltzers. Learn new dance moves, embody characters through movement, and let your energy shine!

Students will:

  • Improve coordination and self-regulation
  • Engage full body in expression
  • Learn self-care strategies through stretching and breathing
  • Release energy through explosive movement
  • Learn choreography
  • Have fun!
