School Break Play Days FAQ

Where will play days be held? 

Play Days will be held indoors at the Woodruff Arts Center in studios, classrooms, or performance spaces. 

What are the hours for Play Days?

Play Days run from 9 AM to 4 PM. Drop off is from 8:30 – 9 AM and pick up is from 4 – 4:30 PM.

How do drop off and pick up work?

We do not run a carpool line for Play Days. Students must be dropped off and picked up in the Memorial Arts Building. Free 30-minute parking is available in the Woodruff Arts Center parking deck. 

What should my child bring to Play Days?

Students should dress in comfortable clothing they can move in and wear sneakers. Each student should bring a lunch, 2 snacks, a water bottle, and a towel to sit on during lunch. Please label all personal belongings.

What is the maximum number of students?

Play Days are capped at 10 students. 

How will lunch work?

Young actors must bring a lunch from home and will eat lunch and morning and afternoon snacks in outdoor spaces, weather permitting. If weather does not allow for outdoor lunch, students will eat in their classrooms or studios.

Will you staff assist with schoolwork?

Play Days staff will not assist with any schoolwork or asynchronous learning assignments. 

Will you provide before or after care?

We do not be offer before or after care for School Break Play Days. 

Is there a final performance?

School Break Play Days do not culminate in a final performance. 

Cancelation Policy

You may cancel your Play Day registration and receive a full refund up to 7 days before your Play Day begins. If you cancel within the 7 day window, we will retain a $25 late cancellation fee and refund the remainder.
