World Premiere Theatre for the Very Young

An "underwater" playscape designed for children 0–2 years old. Join us for this one-of-a-kind experience as you and your toddler meet some friendly sea creatures, explore the textures of the coral reef, and discover the fun and adventure that awaits you under the sea. Interact with original music, join a playful school of fish, and come splash with us this summer. This safe, interactive, and creative environment will engage all of the senses and introduce babies to the joy of theatre and the wonder of the ocean.

As our performances have closed, we have exciting news! Blub, Blub play space has been extended! The exhibit will be open now–September 22nd from 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Monday–Sunday. 

Please visit us Monday-Sunday 9am-5pm to enjoy the play space on your own, free of charge, through Sunday, September 22nd. 

The Blub, Blub performance space will be closing early on Thursday, September 3rd at 2 p.m.

Alliance Rendering 1

The Alliance Theatre has released final design renderings of its theater transformation, which is scheduled to begin in the summer of 2017. This is the first major building reinvention for the theater since its construction in 1968 as part of the Woodruff Arts Center campus. The Alliance Theatre will perform its 2017/18 season in 12 different locations in the metro Atlanta area, bringing live theater out into the community it serves. The Alliance plans to return to its new theater space for its 50th anniversary season in the fall of 2018.
