Leland Fowler

Leland is excited to be taking on his first professional understudy role at the Alliance. He has most recently been seen in the Alliance Theatre Education Department’s production of The American Journey Through Music with the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra. His other work at the Alliance includes We Fight We Die, which was a reading at the 2012 Alliance/Kendeda National Graduate Playwriting Competition Readings Festival. As a Morehouse College alumnus (B.A. in Drama, 2013), he was blessed to study abroad at the British American Drama Academy in London, where he starred in Oh What a Lovely War. Leland is a Los Angeles native who currently resides in Atlanta, where he continues to pursue his career as an actor, and is grateful for this opportunity to understudy at the Alliance.
