Mark Kincaid
(Ted/US Jeff)
Mark is so pleased to be working again at The Alliance. Locally, his work has been seen on the stages of Georgia Shakespeare, Theatre in the Square, Georgia Ensemble, Theatrical Outfit, Actors Express, the Aurora Theatre and seasons past, at The Alliance Theatre. Nationally, he has worked at The Old Globe Theatre, the McCarter Theatre, Peoples Light and Theatre Company, Mill Mountain Stage, Hope Summer Repertory and the Hippodrome State Theatre. For eight seasons, Mr. Kincaid was a senior company member at The North Carolina Shakespeare Festival, and has twice toured the nation with The Acting Company. His favorite roles are that of husband to the beautiful and talented actress, Tess Malis Kincaid, and father to the remarkable Barbara Rose Kincaid. Mark is proudly celebrating his 30th year as member of Actors Equity.
Joe Knezevich

Joe is honored to return to the Alliance with this group of Atlanta’s finest theatre artists, including many of his best friends. Raised in Miami, trained at Florida State (with a stop-over in London) he has been in Atlanta for 12 years, primarily acting and teaching at the Alliance as well as Georgia Shakespeare, where he is a devoted artistic associate. David de Vries

David was last seen at the Alliance as Jeff in Carapace. His many appearances on the Mainstage include Sleuth, Shadowlands, Arcadia, The Heart is a Lonely Hunter, Spinning Into Butter and The Sisters Rosensweig. Broadway/National Tour/ Canadian National: Beauty and the Beast (Lumiere). National Tour/Chicago/ Los Angeles: Wicked (Dr. Dillamond). TV/Film: “Drop Dead Diva,” Necessary Roughness, Leatherheads, Remember The Titans. David Mitchell Robinson
(Playwright)
David is most likely a playwright because growing up in the frosty Twin Cities suburbs requires one to develop a surplus of indoor, isolation-intensive hobbies. Having recently received his M.F.A. in Playwriting from Ohio University, David is the 2010 winner of the Alliance’s Kendeda Graduate Playwriting Competition and Ohio University’s Scott McPherson Playwriting Award. His work has been developed and presented at the Mark Taper Forum, the Kennedy Center for Performing Arts, Pittsburgh Irish and Classical Theatre, Ohio University, the Kennedy Center’s ACTF Region II and the New College of Florida.
Judith Ivey
(Director)
Judith is the recipient of the Tony Award and the Drama Desk Award for her portrayals in
Steaming and
Hurlyburly, the Obie Award for her performance in
The Moonshot Tape, and countless others for her stage and film work. Most recently, she was honored with the Lucille Lortel Award and a Drama League nomination for her portrayal of Amanda Wingfield in the Long Wharf Theatre’s production of
The Glass Menagerie at the Roundabout Theatre. She received the Texas Medal of Arts Award in Theatre and the Barrow Group’s award for sustained excellence. Some film credits include
