Danielle makes her return to the Alliance in I Just Stopped By To See the Man. She recently debuted as August March in the Real Tweenagers of Atlanta. She has also been seen in the Kendeda Reading series in this year's Shoe Story and 2011's Olympic Village. Atlanta credits: Normal Jean/Kid/LaWanda in The Colored Museum (True Colors), Fannie Mae in Shakin' the Mess Outta Misery (Horizons), Lady in Yellow in for colored girls who have considered suicide when the rainbow is enuf (True Colors). Bernard is thrilled to return to the Alliance Theatre as Peter Cratchit in A Christmas Carol. He was recently seen as JB in The Real Tweenagers of Atlanta (Alliance Theatre); Ernst in Spring Awakening (Actor’s Express); Jason in A Grand Night For Singing (Stage Door Players); Peter Cratchit in A Christmas Carol; Miss Bible Belt in Pageant The Musical, written and directed by Tony Award nominee Bill Russell (14th Street Playhouse); Mushu in Mulan (Alliance Theatre); Arvin in Zanna, Don’t! (Actor’s Express) and Lil’ D in Class of 3000 LIVE (Alliance Theatre). You can see Bernard as Milo on TBS’ “Meet The Browns.” When Bernard is not acting, he runs a photography business (makcielophotos.com). He is a graduate of Morehouse College (BA Theatre).

Jacob is pleased to be back at the Alliance for the sequel to Middle School The Musical. You may have seen him around town at The Shakespeare Tavern (A Midsummer Night's Dream, Double Falsehood), Aurora Theatre (Fat Pig, Academy) or Stage Door Players (Unnecessary Farce). Rosemary Newcott

Rosemary has been directing, acting and teaching at the Alliance Theatre since 1988. Favorite Alliance directing credits include Honk!; Middle School the Musical (world premiere); Disney’s Mulan; Class of 3000, LIVE (world premiere); Goodnight, Moon; Go, Dog Go!; Seussical the Musical; Degas’ Little Dancer; Disney’s Aladdin; A Christmas Carol; Einstein Is a Dummy (world premiere); The Miracle Worker; Ferdinand the Bull; Lilly’s Purple Plastic Purse; Androcles and the Lion; The Hobbit; and the acclaimed high school Collision Project. Newcott has directed at Horizon Theatre, Theatrical Outfit, Center for Puppetry Arts, Academy Theatre, Pittsburgh Civic Light Opera, Virginia Stage Company, Seaside Rep, La Jolla Playhouse and the Kennedy Center. Newcott was named a PBA Lexus Leader of the Arts and best director by The Atlanta Journal-Constitution for the 2001-02 season. In 2005, she received the GTC Distinguished Career Award. Newcott is also the recipient of a Princess Grace Foundation Fellowship and the 2010 Suzi Bass Spirit Award. She is on the board of TYA/USA. Thank you, Tom.
