Camp meets Monday - Friday, 9 am - 4 pm

  • Experience the excitement of acting
  • Work in an ensemble
  • Explore the wonder of theater
  • Create a performance inspired by the Alliance Theatre for the Very Young or popular literature
  • Develop your appreciation for the power of this unique art form
  • Learn to express your creative side
  • Final performance for friends and family at 3 p.m. on the final day of camp

One week session: $399 
Maximum of 12 students per camp session.

Meet the Teacher

Karen Aguirre


Karen Aguirre is a graduate of Georgia Southern University with a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre. During her time at Georgia Southern, she received the opportunity to attend Dell'Arte International in Blue Lake, California; where she expanded her  training. She is a Teaching Artist for the Acting Program and Arts for Learning Institute. Karen is thrilled to be part of the education team at the Alliance, and hopes to inspire her students through her craft.
