Georgia Wolf Trap (Pre K-K-1) Early Learning Through the Arts

The Alliance Theatre/Georgia Wolf Trap Program is an Early Learning through the Arts education program servicing grades Pre K and Kindergarten. Georgia Wolf Trap is a regional chapter of the Wolf Trap Institute located in Vienna, Virginia. The Wolf Trap Institute provides arts-in-education services for children ages 3-5 and their teachers and families through the disciplines of drama, music, and movement.

AEMDD Grants

The Alliance Theatre/Georgia Wolf Trap is the recipient of two US Department Arts Education Model Development and Dissemination (AEMDD) research grants is partnership with Georgia State University and Fulton County Schools grants.

Georgia Wolf Trap

Alliance Teaching Artists partner with early childhood educators for 14 sessions in which the performing arts become a way of teaching, learning and knowing for pre-school and kindergarten
children. The Alliance Theatre is a regional site affiliated with the award-winning National Wolf Trap Institute in Virginia. A classroom program includes teacher orientation, a Family Sharing and a field trip to the Alliance Children’s Theatre (optional).
