How do I choose and register for a camp?
The camps are organized by grade group. Each group is based on the rising grade of the student, i.e. what grade they will enter in the Fall of 2012. Select the camp you are interested in from the main menu. Click on the session date, which is a link that will take you through the checkout process.

What is the earliest drop-off time?
Morning drop off begins at 8:30 AM. Students may not be left prior to 8:30 AM, as there will not be staff available for their supervision.

What time is afternoon pick-up?
End of day pick-up begins at 4:05 PM and goes through 4:25 PM

Is after-care available?
After-care is available until 6 PM for a $10 a day fee. After-care registration can be completed on the first day of camp by filling out the form enclosed in the orientation packet. Please note, there is no after-care on the final Friday of each camp session.

What is the lunch routine?
Lunch is from 12 PM – 1 PM each day.
The following camps stay on campus for lunch and must bring a packed lunch for each day:
The Creative Drama Camp (rising k – 1st graders)
The Once Upon a Time Camp (rising 2nd – 3rd graders)
The Performing Arts Camp (rising 2nd – 5th graders)
The following camps go to Colony Square and have the option of purchasing food at a participating restaurant or bringing a lunch:
The Awesome Adventures Camp (rising 4th – 6th graders)
The Performing Arts Camp (rising 6th – 8th graders)
Teen World (rising 7th – 9th graders)
Musical Theatre Camp (rising 9th – 12th graders)

When is the final showcase?
Each camp culminates in a final showcase performance on the last Friday of the camp session at 3 PM.

Cancellation and Transfer Policy:
A full refund is available with a 30 day notice prior to the start of the camp session. Less than 30 days notice will result in a $100 drop fee. Students may transfer camp dates based on availability without a processing fee, but will have to make up any cost difference if the camp tuitions are not equal.
